b) You must be the actual owner of the property you intend to sell and if demanded you shall be able to prove the right of ownership of the property by providing a purchase receipt.
c) You must act on your own behalf.
CashKit4Gold.com reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to reject delivery of any mail, envelope or package which appears to be damaged, opened, or tampered with and any such mail, envelope or package will be returned by the post office to the customer. CashKit4Gold.com shall have no liability to any customer for any such attempted delivery or return of any such items.
All material sent to CashKit4Gold must be sent in the CashKit TyVek secure envelope or via a designated carrier with proper identification.
Affiliates and 3rd Party Advertising
It is our policy to obtain permission to link to other websites. CashKit4Gold.com is not responsible for the content or reliability of any linked websites and does not necessarily endorse the views expressed within them. Listing should not be seen as endorsement of any kind and is made for the user convenience only. We cannot guarantee that links will work all of the time and we have no control over the availability of linked pages.

No liability will be accepted for loss or damage resulting from the use of services offered by CashKit4Gold.com, and in no event shall CashKit4Gold.com be liable to any third party, including any insurance carrier.
CashKit4Gold.com shall only be liable for $100.00 of your material’s value and will work with the carrier itself for insurance. If you feel you material is worth more, you should insure it with the designated postal carrier. All items that are received are videotaped and stored digitally for insurance and safety purposes.
By submitting the item, customer explicitly and expressly accepts this limitation of liability as well as the remainder terms and conditions.
Material Return
After a check is processed, you have 10 days to return the check is you are not satisfied with payment. For all direct deposit transactions, you waive the 10-day return policy and will require additional fees to reverse the transaction. We will not return the material until the check is received by CashKit4Gold.com.
CashKit4Gold.com will immediately update our online TracKit system with the payment status for all transitions.
The costumer is responsible for the Shipping, Processing,& Insurance Fee if the material is requested back. This fee is typically $7.95.
Miscellaneous
a) By using the service and therefore accepting the terms and conditions stated above you agree that this Terms and Conditions shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the law of Illinois.
b) CashKit4Gold.com reserves all rights to update these terms and conditions from time to time without notice provided. It is entirely your responsibility to check before using CashKit4Gold.com whether such updates occurred.
c) In any event some of the terms and conditions stated herein will be considered to be invalid by a court this shall not affect the remainder part of these terms and conditions.
d) Please note that items not containing precious metals WILL NOT BE RETURNED. This includes costume jewelry.
